Earth Remote Sensing Data Analysis Center (ERSDAC)
is committed to protecting personal information, to observing the Personal
Information Protection Law, and to ensuring that such information is
handled appropriately and securely in accordance with the policy below.

ERSDAC obtains personal information only after it announces
the purposes of collecting and using such information and receives the
persons prior permission

ERSDAC uses retained personal information only for the
purposes that have been specified in advance.

3. Restriction on disclosure of personal information
to third parties

|
ERSDAC does not disclose retained personal information
to third parties without the persons prior permission, unless
otherwise stipulated by law.

4. Secure management of personal information
|
||
|
ERSDAC manages retained personal information with utmost
care, and employs appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure,
alteration, and loss of such information. In cases where it becomes
necessary to disclose personal information to subcontractors in the
course of outsourcing, ERSDAC exercises necessary and appropriate supervision
to ensure that they handle such information securely.

5. Requests for disclosure or revision of personal
information

|
In case ERSDAC receives requests from users themselves
to disclose, revise or delete their personal information that it retains,
it responds to them in a timely manner. The procedures for such requests
shall be specified separately.

6. Maintenance of internal regulations and control
|
||
|
In order to ensure the protection of personal information,
ERSDAC maintains internal regulations and control for the handling of
such information, and keeps all of its executives and related employees
informed about it.
